To see if your project will be a good fit for what we can provide here at Align, you can give us a call or pop in to one of our showrooms for a chat about your general goals and requirements.

Depending on the scope of the work, following consultations will be costed accordingly.
Re-quotes may also incur an additional cost calculated at an hourly rate. These include:

Do you offer a design service?
All of our designers are experts at utilising space and materials to create functional, beautiful rooms. They are available to work with you through the design process, assisting you to feel confident in your choices.

How much will my kitchen or bathroom cost?
If you have a particular budget to work to, we can help you. We offer a versatile service to meet a range of budgets. Depending on the kitchen, a makeover can be a cost effective and environmentally friendly way of upgrading your space. Our consultant will ascertain whether the kitchen is suitable for a makeover and will discuss your options with you.
What is the difference between a new kitchen and a kitchen makeover?
A Kitchen Makeover is an affordable alternative to completely replacing your existing kitchen. In a Kitchen Makeover, we leave the inner framework and cabinetry and focus on replacing doors, drawer faces, benchtops and splashbacks to bring your old kitchen back to life.
Do I have a choice of product brands?
Yes. We work with many trusted brand names, from well-known manufacturers to unique boutique brands. Your kitchen designer will help you select the best brands for your custom build.
Do I need to arrange my own plumber, electrician, tiler, plaster and painter too?
We proudly offer a complete service where we manage this for you. We use our network of reputable, licensed tradespeople to make your renovation run smoothly. We’re also happy to work with your own tradespeople if you prefer.
Do I need to be home during the renovation?
What are your payment terms?
Dates for your install are secured once your deposit is received. Our designers can go over the dates and terms with you.
Do I need to purchase appliances or will you help with this?
We’ll organise your appliances as part of our complete renovation solution. We source the best appliances at a discounted price.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We offer a 7 year guarantee of workmanship. You’ll find that the manufacturers of the products that will go into your kitchen will offer you different warranties and guarantees. Your Align Kitchen Consultant will be able to go through these with you once you’ve made your choices.
Do you have all building licenses and are registered with the QBCC? Are you a member of the HIA or Master Builders?
Yes.
