Cancellation Policy
It is the policy of Align Kitchens to approach any cancellations on a case-by-case basis however, it is important to note the following:
- If a job is cancelled after the check measure date - the client will incur the full quoted cost of any product that has already been ordered or manufactured. Administration and check measure fees will also be deducted from the deposit. In the event the deposit is insufficient to cover these costs, the client will receive an invoice for the remaining balance for payment.
- If the client postpones the job after its ordering or manufacture, the client assumes responsibility for the safe storage of the products either onsite or in a storage facility at their own management and expense until it can be installed
- Should the situation arise you are unable to accept delivery and installation of your cabinetry or services due to illness or other extenuating services we will work with you to arrange storage and/or rescheduling of the install.
