Additional Works Policy
- All decisions must be finalised prior to the check measure. Changes to materials or layout after this date may alter the price and manufacturing time required. Your install will be postponed to the next install date available.
- Due to the precise nature of the work, there may be small adjustments that need to be made after the scheduled job date. These things will be minor and will be dealt with promptly. Should this occur we are happy for you to withhold 5% of the balance owing until your job is completed.
- Sometimes we may need to carry out unforeseen repair work as the job is in progress. Should extra work be required it will be charged at a rate of $70 per hour plus materials. If works cannot be continued during our scheduled time (e.g. termite or mould discovery) and we need to book alternative days to complete your job, additional costs will be charged. In such a situation you will be consulted for your approval before any work is carried out and you are made aware of additional costs.
- The installers will not be able to undertake any unapproved works requested at the time of installation that has not been factored into the quote and/or check measure.
- There will be additional costs should the installer need to return to reinstall kicks due to flooring not being completed.
